Information printed on a label
Pimea keeps label names, categories, note text, optional QR content, color and appearance choices, size, copy count, saved dates and favorite markers locally. Saved records and the active draft help you reuse a label in History. A generated PDF reference can be associated with a saved label. The app uses this information to draw the label and arrange its A4 output.
QR text is information you disclose
The QR image is generated from the content you enter on the device. Anyone with the printed label or a shared PDF may be able to scan and read that content, even when it is not printed as ordinary text alongside the code. Check the encoded text as carefully as the visible label. Avoid adding sensitive information that should not be available to a recipient or anyone who can see the label.
A4 files and shared copies
Export PDF writes an A4 document into the app’s local Documents storage. The generated file name can contain the label name and an export timestamp. The system share or print sheet passes the selected PDF to the destination or printer you choose. That destination handles its own copy; a printed label and a shared PDF cannot be recalled by deleting the saved label in the app.
Coin and feature-use state
Apple StoreKit handles optional consumable coin-pack purchases and payment confirmation. The app verifies a successful purchase and keeps the credited coin balance, last purchased product identifier, remaining complimentary advanced-use count and native feature-use/unlock choices locally. Apple handles payment credentials entered through the App Store. These local values are distinct from the label text included in a PDF.
Closing, removing a label and resetting
Close Workspace returns to welcome without deleting saved labels. Deleting a label removes its History record. Clear Labels and Clear Workspace reset saved labels, favorites, the local coin balance and feature-use state; Clear Workspace also closes the workspace. These record-reset actions do not erase PDF files already generated in the app’s Documents storage. Those files remain until the app’s storage is removed or the files are otherwise deleted. Original exported, shared or printed copies are managed separately, as are iOS device backups.
Questions about your information
Opening Privacy or Terms makes a request to the document website, whose host processes ordinary connection details such as IP address and browser information. Support at support@pimea.app receives the email address, message and attachments you provide. A label-format question usually needs the size and layout choices, not confidential QR text. Do not include payment credentials in a support message. The policy date above identifies the current version and changes.
